First Day of Spring!

So I have never been able to understand this first day of spring/fall thing. Am I losing it, or is the solstice the 21st? Because everyone says the first day of spring is the 20th, so I don't get it. Regardless, our first day of spring (the 21st, because that's what I'm gonna call it, so there!) here was 75 and sunny, and pretty much ALL these blooms came out that day while I was at work! Enjoy! Cuz I sure am! :)

Roadside shrubs, but not azaleas. Don't have a clue what they are.

Every other tree right now is a white puffball. Go figure.

These are all some type of Magnolia or other. Didn't know there were deciduous magnolias. Whatever! Still pretty!
