So... For those of you who have been asking... We now have a new apartment and Mel has a new job that she will be starting the week of May 17th. After discussion about our current apartment and its not-so-stellar management track record (Blair still does not have shelves in his cupboards! Although the pit bull that was attacking something in the back yard while I was there has not been seen for several weeks...), we randomly came across another apartment complex. Which although it did not advertise allowing pets, it does in fact allow pets. So we will be in Riverwind Apartments starting in May. The address is 200 Heywood Avenue #1202, Spartanburg, SC 29307. The living room looks just like this picture, though of course ours does not have furniture yet! The river is shaded by nice evergreen trees and has mulched walking pathways (wah-ways!) and you can rent canoes to use on the river.
Mel will be working for Banfield Veterinary Hospital in Greer, SC. Mom and Lou will be coming to stay the first week of May, so that will be fun, and we'll put pictures on here then! Stay tuned! :)
